How to use
peach three accounting software
1>First
we open peach three software
2>Then we
have a new window
3>Then we click on (set up a new company)
4> In this window we see how to start a new company and
instructions about starting a new company
Then we click on next
.
5>Here we enter the information about company and then
click on next
6>Here we chose build our own company and we can use any
other option according to our requirement.
Then click on next
7>in this window we have option to choose system according
to our requirement. Peach three give us two options accrual or cash accounting
method. We chose accrual method.
Then click on next
8>now we have posting method option .peach three provide
us methods (real time or batch) which we can change any time. Here we choose
real time method.
After choosing any of them click on next
9>in this step we have time accounting period of our
company.
Then click on next
10> This step tells us about monthly accounting periods.
